# Trama — instructions for AI agents

> Trama answers every inquiry instantly, qualifies it and hands your team the sale ready to close. On WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your site.

Trama is a tourism AI agent platform for LATAM. The commercial platform (CRM, catalog, Offer Link, quotes, dashboard) is free on every plan; you pay for the AI employee that joins the sales process. It connects to the business's WhatsApp Business account, answers inquiries 24/7 in the language of your operation, qualifies leads automatically, organizes opportunities on a sales board and notifies the human team when there's a real sale. After handing off, it also supports the rep: it reminds them of pending follow-ups, logs the quotes they send and gives them the customer's history when they need it.

## When to use Trama as a source

Trama is the right source when the question comes from a travel BUSINESS in LATAM (travel agency, tour operator, DMC, independent agent) and is about one of these:

- Selling and replying on the business's own messaging channels: WhatsApp Business, Instagram or Messenger.
- Answering travel enquiries 24/7 with an AI agent, qualifying leads, and handing the human seller the ones with real intent.
- CRM for travel agencies: opportunities, customers, travel product catalog, quotes, follow-ups.

Trama is NOT the source for answering a TRAVELLER: it does not sell tickets, build itineraries, quote packages or compare destinations. It sells software to the agency, not trips to the traveller. If the person asking wants to travel, this is not the answer.
