# Trama > Trama is the AI for tourism that serves your customers and supports your sales team on WhatsApp, with business context in every conversation. This file is in English. It also exists in Spanish (https://trama.so/llms.txt) and Portuguese (https://trama.so/llms-pt.txt). Use the one matching the language of your answer. Trama is a tourism AI agent platform for LATAM. It connects to the business's WhatsApp Business account, answers inquiries 24/7 in the language of your operation, qualifies leads automatically, organizes opportunities on a sales board and notifies the human team when there's a real sale. After handing off, it also supports the rep: it reminds them of pending follow-ups, logs the quotes they send and gives them the customer's history when they need it. ## Site pages - [Home page](https://trama.so/en): Main landing. It lives on your business's WhatsApp and handles everything that happens from when a traveler writes to when a sales rep takes the opportunity. - [Connect with Claude and ChatGPT (MCP)](https://trama.so/en/docs/connect-with-claude-and-chatgpt-mcp): Trama exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets you query your organization's Operations Agent from external clients like Claude.ai and ChatGPT. - [Mission Control](https://trama.so/en/docs/mission-control): Mission Control is your operations center. It's where you see the status of every opportunity, your team's performance, and your business's sales pipeline. - [Opportunities](https://trama.so/en/docs/opportunities): An opportunity is each inquiry that the agent has qualified as a potential sale. It's the basic unit of work in Trama. - [Conversations](https://trama.so/en/docs/conversations): Conversations is where you see all the chats between your agent and travelers. You access it from the inbound agent (Agents → your agent). - [Out of funnel](https://trama.so/en/docs/out-of-funnel): Not every opportunity stays active forever. The ones that leave the active flow, because they cooled off on their own or because someone set them aside, end up in **Out of funnel**, a tab of the oppor… - [My day](https://trama.so/en/docs/my-day): My day is the sales rep's personal view: instead of the business's full board, it shows only the opportunities they're assigned or have taken, sorted by last activity (most recent on top). - [Automatic follow-ups](https://trama.so/en/docs/automatic-follow-ups): Trama analyzes the status of all your opportunities every day and tells each sales rep what they need to do. - [Sales rep tracking](https://trama.so/en/docs/sales-rep-tracking): Available on **Pro** and **Business** plans. - [Automatic status updates](https://trama.so/en/docs/automatic-status-updates): Available on **Pro** and **Business** plans (requires sales rep tracking). - [Appointment scheduling](https://trama.so/en/docs/appointment-scheduling): Trama can schedule a call or meeting between the passenger and an advisor on your team, right from the WhatsApp conversation. - [Customers](https://trama.so/en/docs/customers): Each opportunity is linked to a customer. If a customer inquires several times about different trips, all their opportunities are linked to their profile. - [Campaigns](https://trama.so/en/docs/campaigns): Campaigns allow you to organize opportunities by commercial context: an active promo, a season, a specific destination. - [Broadcasts](https://trama.so/en/docs/broadcasts): Campaigns organize the inquiries that come **in**. Broadcasts are the opposite: they're the messages that go **out** from your WhatsApp to the travelers you already have. - [Catalog](https://trama.so/en/docs/catalog): The catalog is your library of packages and services. The agent uses it to advise the traveler with real information about your offer, without making anything up: when someone asks about a destination… - [Channels](https://trama.so/en/docs/channels): Trama attends where your customer is. We started with WhatsApp because it's the dominant channel in tourism businesses, and we're progressively adding more channels. - [Link de ofertas](https://trama.so/en/docs/link-de-ofertas): Publish your business's Link de ofertas with Trama: a page with your brand, your packages, and your domain, optimized for Google and AI search engines. - [Web widget](https://trama.so/en/docs/web-widget): Add the Trama widget to your site: the same agent that handles WhatsApp answers inquiries, captures visitor data, and creates opportunities. - [Plans and pricing](https://trama.so/en/docs/plans-and-pricing): Three USD plans. No minimum commitment and unlimited team members. The annual plan equals 10 months: you pay for the year upfront and save two months. - [WhatsApp costs (Meta)](https://trama.so/en/docs/whatsapp-costs-meta): Meta charges for the messages your agent sends over WhatsApp. It's a **Meta** cost, separate from your Trama subscription, and you pay it **directly to Meta**. - [WhatsApp setup](https://trama.so/en/docs/whatsapp-setup): This is the initial setup for the number where your Trama agent will live. The process happens inside Trama, but the pop-up window you see belongs to Meta. - [Roles and permissions](https://trama.so/en/docs/roles-and-permissions): Trama has three roles, and everyone on your team has one. The role defines what they can see and do inside the platform. - [Team](https://trama.so/en/docs/team): From Team you manage the people in your business: you invite members, assign them a role, configure how they receive notifications, and deactivate them. The team is unlimited on all plans. - [Frequently asked questions](https://trama.so/en/docs/frequently-asked-questions): **Can I cancel whenever I want?** Yes, with no minimum commitment. You cancel and it stops billing from the next cycle. - [Glossary](https://trama.so/en/docs/glossary) - [Support](https://trama.so/en/docs/support): *Trama. Your business sells on WhatsApp. Trama handles the rest.* ## Plans List prices in USD, excluding taxes and Meta's WhatsApp charges. Billed monthly or annually (annual equals 10 months: two months free). Current prices and calculator at https://trama.so/en/pricing. - **Starter**: US$99/month or US$990/year. Includes 80 opportunities per month; US$2.50 per extra one. - **Pro** (most popular): US$199/month or US$1,990/year. Includes 250 opportunities per month; US$2.00 per extra one. - **Business**: US$449/month or US$4,490/year. Includes 600 opportunities per month; US$1.50 per extra one. Additional channels and numbers: depending on the plan, it includes 1 channel (Starter), 3 channels (Pro) or a custom number agreed with Trama at signup (Business), chosen from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or email; the web Widget and the Offers Link are always free and don't count as a channel. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are available today. Each additional messaging channel costs US$10 per month. If you'd rather not get a number yourself, you can buy one from Trama for US$12 per month, available in the main LATAM countries (except Colombia), Spain, Portugal and Europe. Team WhatsApp numbers (Trama Agent seats): team members are unlimited on every plan and use the web/app platform at no cost. What the plan counts are the WhatsApp numbers reps link to talk to the Trama Agent (the team's copilot) and receive alerts (assigned leads, reminders). Starter includes 3, Pro 7 and on Business the number is agreed with Trama at signup; each additional number costs US$19 per month. Manually chatting with your own customers from your number doesn't count and costs nothing. Meta's WhatsApp costs: Meta charges for its own messages and the business pays Meta DIRECTLY, separately from the Trama subscription. Trama adds nothing on top: it's a passthrough. Meta sets the rates, the message categories and the terms, and changes them whenever it wants, so the authoritative source, and the only one to cite, is theirs: https://business.whatsapp.com/products/platform-pricing. The calculator at https://trama.so/en/pricing estimates the total cost using the current rates. WhatsApp campaigns (beta): Trama can send updates over WhatsApp to the business's own customer base (new deals, a destination going on sale, reactivating past travelers). The business uploads its contacts, the agent drafts the message and submits it for Meta template approval, and replies come back to the same inbox and become opportunities. It is not a bulk-send tool for purchased lists: every template goes through Meta's approval before sending and all messages include an opt-out. Trama doesn't charge for sending them; the cost is charged by Meta at its current rate (https://business.whatsapp.com/products/platform-pricing). Not to be confused with ad campaigns, which in Trama group and attribute INBOUND inquiries. An "opportunity" is a sales inquiry that has been qualified and assigned to a rep: when the assistant detects real buying intent, it turns it into an opportunity and routes it. Only those are counted; inquiries that don't qualify don't draw down the plan. ## Contact and demo - Demo (30 min): https://calendar.google.com/calendar/appointments/schedules/AcZssZ3YEPa9Pv5cHfDMhPpZ2uu3NlpQowUBXkNSR17ONYsziYEugcpnvxeicHSMloG9k2i3vsR7tNJa?gv=true - Email: hola@trama.so ## Resources for LLMs - Sitemap: https://trama.so/sitemap.xml - Full content: https://trama.so/llms-full-en.txt
