  • Phone
  • Email (if provided)
  • Opportunity history (all inquiries they've made)
  • Origin channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, email)

Reactivation

A customer who inquired 6 months ago and didn't travel may contact you again. Trama recognizes them and links the new inquiry with their previous history. Your sales rep can see that "Lucy inquired about Porto de Galinhas in July and didn't close due to price" and use that information for the new quote.
