Will my customers know they're talking to an AI? The agent converses naturally, without robotic messages. If the traveler asks directly, the agent can hand off to the sales rep. Most customers don't notice the difference.

What happens if the agent doesn't know how to answer something? It hands off to the human team with a conversation summary. It doesn't make up answers.

Can I customize what the agent says? Yes. You load your agency's data (destinations, services, hours, policies) and the agent responds with that information. You can also adjust the tone and handoff rules.

Does it work at night and on weekends? Yes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Can I see the conversations? Yes, all of them. From Mission Control you have the complete history of every conversation between the agent and travelers.

About setup

Do I need to be tech-savvy? No. The onboarding is designed for anyone to complete. And if you get stuck, support is available.

How long does setup take? 10-15 minutes if you have a new SIM ready.

About billing

Can I cancel whenever I want? Yes, with no minimum commitment. You cancel and it stops billing from the next cycle.

Is there an annual discount? Annual billing is paid upfront. During launch, the first year has special promotional pricing.

What happens if I exceed the conversation limit? Service isn't cut off. We notify you, suggest an upgrade, and only charge overages if you consistently exceed 20% of your limit.

About privacy and security

Does Trama read my customers' conversations? Only conversations that go through the Trama agent (the dedicated number). If you connect your sales reps' WhatsApp numbers (tracking), Trama uses those conversations only to update opportunity status and generate follow-ups. We don't share data with third parties.

Where is the data stored? On secure servers with encryption. Each agency's data is isolated and doesn't mix with other agencies' data.

Can I delete my data? Yes, at any time. If you cancel your subscription and request data deletion, we delete everything within 30 days.
