Getting started

Go to [trama.so](https://trama.so) and sign up with your email, name, and agency name.

1. Create your account

Go to trama.so and sign up with your email, name, and agency name.

2. Verify your phone

Enter your mobile number and verify with the code we send by SMS or WhatsApp. This step ensures you're a real person and lets us reach you if you need help.

3. Complete your agency details

Tell us about your agency: type of agency (outbound, inbound, wholesale), number of sales reps, approximate monthly inquiry volume. This helps us configure your agent in the best way.

4. Connect your WhatsApp

This is the most important step. You need a dedicated WhatsApp number for your Trama agent. It can be a new number (recommended) or an existing number.

5. Configure your agent

Load the basic information about your agency that the agent will use to answer inquiries: destinations you handle, main services, business hours, and any relevant information for your customers.

6. Choose your plan and activate

Select the plan that fits your volume and team. Once you pay, your agent activates and starts responding to inquiries instantly.

7. Done

Your Trama agent is now attending inquiries. You can see all conversations and opportunities from Mission Control.
