Catalog

The catalog is your library of packages and services. The agent uses it to advise the traveler with real information about your offer — it doesn't make anything up: when someone asks about a destination, the agent searches the catalog and answers with what you loaded.

The catalog is your library of packages and services. The agent uses it to advise the traveler with real information about your offer — it doesn't make anything up: when someone asks about a destination, the agent searches the catalog and answers with what you loaded.

What each package has

Each item can include a title and type (package, experience, expedition, or custom), short and full description, destinations and tags, starting price and currency, pricing mode (per person or per group), duration, capacity (minimum and maximum passengers), season (validity dates and months), what's included and what's not, special conditions, languages, and images. A single package can have variants (for example, a standard version and a premium one).

Loading and searching

You can create an item by hand or from a flyer: the system extracts the data from the material. The catalog can be searched and filtered by type, name, and price, and sorted by date, name, price, type, or status. Packages are unlimited on all plans.

Who edits it

Creating, editing, and deleting packages is for the Owner and the Admin. Sales reps can view the catalog but not modify it.
