Out of funnel
Not every opportunity stays active forever. The ones that leave the active flow — because they cooled off on their own or because someone set them aside — end up in **Out of funnel**, a tab of the opportunities board. Nothing is deleted: everything can be reactivated.

Dormant
An opportunity that's in the active funnel (To attend, In contact, or Quoted) and goes 30 days without activity is put to sleep automatically and leaves the main board. 5 days before (at day 25) the sales rep gets a notice in their summary so they can act in time.
Inquiries that never got qualified are put to sleep much faster: at 72 hours without activity and with no prior notice. They're the "passing" messages that nobody is working on.
Sleeping loses nothing: the column, the data, and the link to the conversation are preserved. And it's reversible.
Archived
An archived opportunity is one a sales rep set aside from the board by hand (for example, because it was canceled or lost to another agency). It stays out of the active views, with the reason recorded, and can also be restored.
Reactivation
An opportunity returns to the flow in three ways:
- By hand: from Out of funnel, with the Reactivate button, it returns to its original column.
- On its own: if the traveler writes again, the agent reactivates it.
- From the conversation: if the agent resumes the exchange, it reactivates it.
Anyone on the team can reactivate an opportunity that fell out of the funnel.
