Mission Control is your operations center. It's where you see the status of every opportunity, your team's performance, and your agency's sales pipeline.

The board (Kanban)

The board organizes all your opportunities into 5 columns:

TO ATTENDThe agent qualified and handed off the lead. The sales rep hasn't contacted them yet.Agent (automatic)
IN CONTACTThe sales rep has already contacted the customer. Currently in the quoting process.Sales rep
QUOTEDA quote with a specific price has been sent. Waiting for customer response.Sales rep (or automatic with tracking)
WONSale confirmed.Sales rep
LOSTSale didn't close.Sales rep or automatic

Views and filters

  • Active: Shows opportunities in TO ATTEND, IN CONTACT, and QUOTED. This is the default view.
  • Won: Closed sales. Shows the last 30 days.
  • Lost: Opportunities that didn't close. Includes the reason.
  • All: Complete history. Nothing is deleted or archived.

Metrics

From Mission Control you can answer questions like:

  • How many inquiries did we receive this month?
  • How many opportunities are in quoting right now?
  • How much could we invoice if pending sales close?
  • What is our conversion rate?
  • Why are we losing sales? (price, competition, lack of follow-up)
