Binds a catalog product to a reservation book. Damos (nights, silent remaining) and Alma (slots, team confirms) are configuration of this object, not hardcoded organizations.

silent (Damos): the guest never hears remaining. team_confirms (Alma): same, the team confirms. public_remaining: the remaining number may travel to the guest. Defaults to silent.

Allocate capacity to a channel POST
Reserves part of a pool for one commercial channel (e.g. Eden 30 of 50). Shares are exclusive: what no allocation claims is the organization's own share, and a channel never sells past the pool's total. Channel slugs are case-insensitive.
