Configure by conversation

Change the agency's settings by talking to the Trama Agent, without hunting for the screen.

Beyond the day to day, you can ask the Trama Agent to change the agency's settings. Instead of hunting for the screen, you just say it: "take Marisa out of the rotation for a few days", "turn off the daily reminders", "I only handle Portuguese".

Your role sets the scope

There's no separate permissions knob: the role is the scope.

  • A Member changes things on their own profile.
  • An Owner or Admin changes the configuration of any member and of the whole agency.

If you ask for something your role doesn't allow, the agent tells you instead of doing it halfway.

Your own profile

Any member, about themselves:

  • The languages you handle: "I handle Spanish and Portuguese". Only inquiries in a language on your list reach you through automatic assignment.

Team and rotation

Owner or Admin, about any member:

  • Take someone out of the rotation: "stop sending inquiries to Marisa". There are two independent switches, and it's what produces the Vendedor (manual) tag in Team — the agent explains which one applies:
    • Automatic assignment: whether the system sends them inquiries on its own.
    • Direct assignment: whether a person can hand them one by hand.
  • Invite someone by email, with a role.
  • Set the languages of another sales rep.

The agency's automations

Owner or Admin. They affect the whole team, so the agent reads the current state and asks you to confirm before changing anything:

  • The daily reminders digest: "turn off the daily reminders".
  • The rescate —the agent messaging a customer who went quiet—: "pause the rescate for a few days".

The agent that answers your customers

Owner or Admin:

  • Rename it: "rename the customer-facing agent to Sofía". It changes the name your customers see, not its personality or rules —that's edited in Agents—.

Who asked is recorded

Every change made through the Trama Agent is logged as such: on a member's panel, in Team, you see "changed by Trama Agent at the request of …" and which channel it came through. A change made by conversation is not indistinguishable from one made by hand: you know which was which.

Any higher-impact change —those affecting the whole agency— goes through a confirmation: the agent tells you what it's about to change and waits for your yes before doing it.
