The Trama Agent

Your team's copilot: talk to it on WhatsApp or from the dashboard and it does the CRM work for you.

The Trama Agent is your team's copilot. It lives on Trama's central number, and your sales rep writes to it like a teammate: "what's on my plate today?", "move Pérez to Won", "remind me to call María on Thursday".

Don't confuse it with the Inquiry Agent, which handles your customers. The Trama Agent works for your team: it never replies to anyone outside.

Where it lives and how you talk to it

  • From the dashboard, on every plan —the free one included— with a daily usage limit that grows with the plan.
  • From each sales rep's WhatsApp (their seller WhatsApp), starting on the Starter plan.
  • From your own assistant (Claude, ChatGPT) through the MCP connector, with the ask_trama tool.

You talk to it in plain language: you tell it what you want the way you'd tell a teammate. No commands, no syntax.

In the panel

Open it with the Tramy bubble at the bottom right (on your phone, with the button in the middle of the bar). ⋮, at the top right, has Customize, New conversation, History, Expand and the sound.

With the panel closed, every now and then Tramy suggests something to ask about the screen you are on, in a small bubble next to its icon. Tap it and it answers; close it with the × and it stops suggesting on that screen for a week. To turn all suggestions off, uncheck Suggestions in ⋮.

Customize it

In Customize you choose what your assistant is like. It's only for you: each teammate has their own.

  • Name: it's called Tramy by default. If you give it another name, it introduces itself with that name on WhatsApp too.
  • Icon: the Trama logo (the default), Old Tramy, 8-bit Tramy or Cool Tramy. The characters move: hover each option to see them in action.
  • Tone: Direct (to the point), Balanced (the usual) or Warm (friendlier). It changes how it talks to you, not what it tells you: the data and figures stay the same.

Each conversation lasts as long as your question: after 30 minutes without messages, the panel closes on its own and the next time it starts a new conversation. What you asked it to remember about you, like keeping answers short, stays. To pick up an earlier conversation, open History in ⋮: you can search it by topic.

While you sign up

While you get your account ready, Tramy is with you on every step: while signing up and while getting your agency ready. Open it with Help at the top, or with the bubble. It knows which step you are on, what it asks for and what comes next, and it answers with this documentation. There it only guides you: it does not look up or change anything in your account. The steps are in Getting started.

What you can ask it

  • Your open items: "what do I have for today?", "which opportunities haven't I moved?".
  • Move an opportunity: "move Pérez to Quoted", "mark López as lost".
  • Leave a follow-up or a reminder: "note that they'll think it over", "remind me to call them on Monday".
  • Find a contact or a figure: "give me María's phone", "how many opportunities came in this week?".
  • Draft a message for you to send: it writes it, and you decide whether to send it.
  • Load opportunities by hand by dictating them, without opening the board.
  • Ask how to do something: "how do I connect my WhatsApp?", "how do I verify my business in Meta?". It answers from this documentation and gives you the link. If that is not enough, it gives you the contact of someone on the team.
  • Configure your business by conversation: take someone out of the rotation, turn an automation off, change your languages.

What it respects

The Trama Agent is not a back door: it does the same things you can do in the dashboard, with the same rules. Your role decides what it can do on your behalf, and every action is recorded just as if you had done it by hand.

The Trama Agent never writes to a customer. It drafts, moves, records and configures on your side. Anything that reaches a customer goes out through you or through the Inquiry Agent.
