Getting started

From signing up to your agent answering its first inquiry.

Create your account

Go to trama.so and sign up with your email, your name and your business name.

Verify your phone

Enter your mobile and confirm with the code that arrives by SMS or WhatsApp. It's how we know you're a real person and how we reach you if you need help.

Tell us about your business

Type of agency (outbound, inbound, wholesale), how many reps you are, and roughly how many inquiries you get a month. That's what we configure your agent with.

Connect your WhatsApp

The step people get stuck on. You need a dedicated number for the agent.

If you use a number that's already active on WhatsApp, Meta will ask you to migrate it — and during the migration that number stops working on your phone. If it's the WhatsApp you use every day, get a new one.

The full guide is in Connect WhatsApp.

Load what your agent needs to know

Your destinations, your services, your hours and your policies. All of it lives in Agents — see Configuring the agent. Anything too long for a field — conditions, an FAQ, an operator's sheet — goes in Knowledge.

And load your catalogue: drop in a flyer or a price list and the AI extracts the products. Without a catalogue, your agent has no prices to give.

Choose how to start

You can continue free or pick a paid plan. The free plan is the full CRM: the board, customers, catalogue, quotes, automations and your Offer Link with a contact form, with no cap and no charge. Having the agent answer — on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, your site's widget or the Link chat — starts on Starter. It's explained in Plans.

Done

On a paid plan your agent is already answering: everything that comes in shows up in the Inbox, and whatever qualifies lands on the board. On the free plan the circuit is the same, with what arrives through your Link's form and what your team enters — by hand from the dashboard, or by asking the Trama Agent.
