Sales rep tracking

Connecting your reps' own WhatsApp numbers so the board keeps itself up to date.

Available on the paid plans, from Starter.

What it is

When you connect your sales reps' WhatsApp numbers to Trama, the system can see all the conversations they have with customers. This allows Mission Control to update automatically, without anyone having to enter data manually.

What it enables

  • Automatic board updates. If your sales rep sends a quote on WhatsApp, Trama detects it and moves the opportunity to Quoted automatically.
  • Follow-ups with real context. Instead of "contact Lucy", the follow-up says "Lucy hasn't responded to you in 3 days, after you sent her the Porto de Galinhas quote."
  • Operation metrics. Average response time of the team, follow-up rate, close rate per sales rep.
  • CRM that fills itself. Every interaction is logged without the sales rep having to enter anything into any system.

How to connect

It's done from Team → Members: each person can connect their own, or the Owner emails them the request. Either way the person who owns the phone is the one who accepts, nobody can accept for them, and it takes less than 5 minutes.

The rep keeps selling from their usual WhatsApp. The one thing that changes on the device is that Meta turns off disappearing messages and "view once" in their one-to-one chats: that has to be said before switching it on.

The full detail — what's stored, what isn't, who sees it and how it's switched off — is in Coexistence.

How it's billed

Each coexistence number is counted separately and billed as an add-on: no plan includes one. What it doesn't do is consume a channel from your plan, or count twice — while the phone is in coexistence it stops taking up a team number slot, because it's a single device.

It's explained in Coexistence and in Plans.
