Seller WhatsAppBeta

What your team sells stops leaving with the phone

Each rep connects the WhatsApp they already use and keeps talking the same way. Trama captures both ends of every conversation, including what they type on their own handset, and keeps it on the business's side.

It comes inside the seller WhatsApp. Your plan includes 3 / 6 / 9; each extra one is $25 per month.

The problem

Half your sales live on somebody else's phone

In a tourism business almost everything closes over WhatsApp, and almost always on the rep's personal WhatsApp. Everything the business can't see happens in there.

It leaves with the person

When a rep leaves the team, the conversations, the prices they quoted and the customers they were working go with them.

Nobody knows what was promised

A customer comes back three months later and there's no way to know what they were quoted, at what price or for which dates.

None of it reaches the business

What was said isn't on any board. The only part that exists is whatever somebody remembered to copy over by hand.

What you can do today

You connect a number and what was already said shows up

No new SIM, no new app, and the customer notices nothing. The rep stays in the same conversation as always.

Connecting brings up to six months

Meta replays the number's history the moment it's linked. So day one doesn't start empty: it starts with what your team has been saying for the past half year, sorted and searchable.

Both ends get saved

Including what the rep types on their own handset, which is exactly what no webhook integration ever gets to see. And it's anchored to the person: change phones or reconnect and the history doesn't split in two.

Do you have anything for Bariloche in September?

Saved

We do! Sending you three options with prices right now.

Typed on the handset

Saved

It stays anchored to Lucía M. If she reconnects, the history is still one.

Your call

Connecting the phone and putting it to work are two decisions

The number reaches the business on day one. What runs on top of it is your call, phone by phone, and it changes whenever you want.

Does anyone reply?

The number starts on «No agent»: only the rep talks there. Assign one and it replies under its own name, and only in new conversations. The ones the rep was already handling it never takes.

Does Radar write the CRM?

It starts off. Switched on, it reads what gets said and fills the card in with nobody copying anything: who is in contact, what was quoted, how it ended. You turn it on one action at a time.

Who is off limits?

Suppliers, colleagues and family write to that phone too. Flag the contact and no automation ever steps into that conversation again. It doesn't expire, and you can lift it whenever you want.

Radar, action by action

What already writes itself, and what is still learning

Radar is not a switch: it is a set of actions, and each one ships when its measured precision allows it. We would rather tell you where we are than promise you all five.
  • Move to «In contact»

When the rep writes to the traveller, the card advances on its own.

    Available
  • Attach the quote

The PDF the rep sends through the chat lands on the card as a quote.

    Internal testing
  • Record the follow-up

When the rep reaches out to a traveller again, the card notes it.

    In training
  • Mark as lost

«We already booked with another agency» closes the enquiry with its reason.

    Soon
  • Ask whether it was won

It spots the close and asks you, instead of moving Won on its own.

    Soon

An action ships once it has at least 30 hand-reviewed decisions and gets 80% or more of them right. If it doesn't, we fix it or pull it: we don't lower the bar. Until then it watches, decides and stores what it would have done, without touching your board. And «Available» does not mean «on»: you switch each action on yourself.

Worth knowing

What the business sees, and what it doesn't

It's a person's phone: if this isn't said upfront, no rep is going to connect it.

You choose who it leaves alone

Everything that goes through that WhatsApp Business is captured, work or not. That is why you mark a contact and you are done: with that person the agent never steps in.

It starts with nobody answering

The number comes in as «No agent»: it receives, stores and shows up in the Inbox, but only the rep speaks there until the agency decides otherwise.

Either side can cut it

The agency removes it from Channels, and the rep can disconnect it from their own WhatsApp Business. It's their phone: nobody can keep it plugged in against them.

What it costs

Not billed separately

Radar is a capability of the seller WhatsApp, which is the unit your plan counts: Starter, Pro and Business include 3 / 6 / 9. Turning it on for a phone that is already linked adds nothing. Adding one more rep is $25 per month, with Radar and the Trama Agent inside. It does not take up a business channel.

You can switch it off whenever you want, and what is already stored stays on the business side. Build it with your own setup in the pricing calculator and see the total.
