Tourism CRM · Argentina

The tourism CRM for Argentine travel agencies

Inquiries arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram, and that is where they stay. Trama turns them into opportunities with destination, dates, travellers and budget, with an assigned seller, without anyone typing them in.

The commercial platform is free. No card.

What it is

What a tourism CRM is, and what it is not

A tourism CRM is where the commercial process of a travel business lives: every inquiry that comes in is recorded as a sales opportunity with the details of the trip being requested, with an assigned seller and a status the whole team can check. The difference with a spreadsheet, or with each seller's memory, is that the status of an inquiry stops depending on somebody remembering to write it down.

And here is the distinction that gets blurred whenever an Argentine agency goes looking for software. Agency software is two layers, not one. The management layer handles what happens AFTER the sale: bookings, files, ticketing, invoicing, account balances. The commercial layer handles what happens BEFORE: who asked, what they asked for, who is handling it, what is missing to close it. Trama is the second one. It does not replace the system your agency operates with: it lives alongside it, and what it does replace are the spreadsheets and the loose chats.

Each detail of the trip gets its own field: destination, check in and check out, nights, travellers, city of origin, budget (and whether it is per person), preferred accommodation and reason for travel. A honeymoon is not quoted like a graduation trip. And nobody is asked to fill them in: the AI agent writes them while it talks to the customer, on the channel the inquiry came in through. The team does not fill the record in, it uses it.

What it does

What it does, exactly

It orders the commercial process that today lives spread across each seller's WhatsApp, the agency's Instagram and a spreadsheet nobody updates on a Saturday.

The inquiry arrives wherever the customer writes

WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger are native channels, on top of your website widget and your offers Link. Wherever it comes from, it builds the same opportunity, and the conversation stays attached to it.

The trip record writes itself

The agent notes what it learns while it works, and also how concrete each detail is: "in January" is not the same as "from 12 to 19 January", and that difference changes what can be quoted.

An assigned seller, with nobody assigning

Routing looks at who sells that destination, who speaks the customer's language and who has handled them before. If the customer comes back, they come back to the same person.

Follow ups do not depend on memory

Idle opportunities speak up on their own: the reminder reaches the seller in their daily summary, and anything that goes a month without movement is marked dormant instead of cluttering the board. Each agency sets both windows.

Argentina

What changes if your agency is in Argentina

None of this is a separate version of the product: it is configuration that already exists. But it is what keeps you from translating the system by hand every day.
Working in pesos without losing comparability
Catalogue, budgets and quotes in pesos, and in nine other currencies. Every amount is converted to a common currency so you can compare and add up the pipeline even when the catalogue is half in pesos and half in dollars.
Instagram not living apart from everything else
Instagram and Messenger come in through the same route as WhatsApp: same agent, same opportunity, same board. It is not a separate inbox somebody has to remember to check.
Not asking the seller to switch phones
The Assisted channel connects the WhatsApp the seller already uses: Trama reads those conversations and writes the CRM without stepping into the chat. The agency number, with the agent answering, is a different thing and is hired separately.
Your agency's clock, not the server's
Each business sets its time zone and its working hours. Reminders, seller notifications and the cut off of the day are calculated on that local time, not on UTC.
Answering whoever writes in Portuguese
The agent detects the language of the message and replies in Spanish, Portuguese or English, and routing looks at which languages each seller declared. Inbound and outbound tourism on the same account.

What Trama is not: a booking system or a back office. It does not issue tickets, does not invoice and does not connect to a GDS. It is the commercial layer, from inquiry to sale.

Pricing

What you pay for and what you do not

The commercial platform is free on every plan, the free one included, and asks for no card. It is not a fourteen day trial nor a cut down version: it does not expire, and it is the plan every account is born on. What you hire is the agent answering your customers on your business channels.

Free, on every plan

  • The customers and opportunities CRM
  • The travel product catalogue
  • Quotes
  • The offers Link with a form: the traveller leaves a request
  • The whole team, with no cap on people
  • The dashboard, team metrics and the REST API

What is hired separately

  • The agent answering your business WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger
  • The Widget and the Link chat (Starter). Opportunities it qualifies there count towards the quota
  • Assisted: the WhatsApp your team already uses
  • Campaigns and Ads

Plans are charged in dollars. The commercial platform is not charged, so a free account cannot receive a charge: for there to be something to invoice, a channel has to be hired.

We're very happy: it changed the way we work. Everything is much simpler for us and for our customers, who need a fast response.

Micaela B.Catania Viajes

The WhatsApp bot replies fast, at any hour. But the real difference is the built-in CRM: everything stays in order and no inquiry slips through.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

No. Trama is the commercial layer: what happens before the sale, from inquiry to close. Bookings, files, ticketing and invoicing stay where they are today, and Trama lives alongside them. It does not issue tickets, does not invoice and does not connect to a GDS. What it does replace are the follow-up spreadsheets and the loose chats, which is where inquiries get lost today.
