We build AI agents and a CRM for the commercial operation of travel agencies and tourism businesses. We are a software company from Córdoba, Argentina.
What we do
A tourism business gets enquiries all day, over WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and its own site. Most arrive after hours, many repeat, and almost none end up written down anywhere. What gets lost there is not a conversation: it is a sale that had already walked in.
Trama puts an AI agent on those channels. It answers instantly and in the language of the operation, works out what the person is after, builds the opportunity with their destination, dates and travellers, and when there is real intent it hands the seller the whole context up front. After the handoff it keeps working: it remembers follow-ups, logs the quotes and keeps the customer's history.
The commercial platform around it, the CRM, the catalog, the quotes and the dashboard, is not charged for on any plan. What you pay for is the agent. It seemed like the only honest order: the tool that organizes your work should not come with a toll.
Who builds it
We are Yaco and Ata. We founded Trama and we are still in the product day to day: there is no layer of people between whoever builds it and whoever uses it.
That shows up in something concrete. Every new account gets an email signed by one of us, from a real address and not a no-reply. Replying to it reaches us, and we read every reply.
The company
Trama is built by 56 LABS S.A.S., a software company based in Córdoba, Argentina. We build from here for the whole region: the product runs in Spanish, English and Portuguese, and the businesses using it sell from several countries across Latin America.
Being from here is not a footnote. In this region travel is sold over WhatsApp, quoted in a message and closed with a bank transfer, and none of that looks like what a CRM designed elsewhere assumes. Building where the problem happens is the only way we found to get the small decisions right.
