If I close the sale myself, do I pay a commission?

No. The % only applies when Trama sells, meaning Tramy in the chat or your Trama Link page with checkout. What you or your team sell on your own pays 0%, even if you send your own payment link. You log it in Trama so your spots stay up to date.

What is the commission calculated on?

On the total of the sale, and it comes whole out of the deposit, in the same payment. On Basic, a $1,000 outing with a $100 deposit: 5% of the total is $50, which goes to Trama, and the other $50 of the deposit goes to you. The balance pays no commission, whether you collect it through Trama or on your own. That is why every product asks for a minimum deposit, which you see when you add it.

What if Tramy handles more conversations than my plan includes?

Extra conversations work as a floor. Each month you pay the higher of the commission and the extra conversations, never both, billed at month end. A spending cap equal to your plan fee comes on by default, and you can raise it. When you hit it, new inquiries go to someone on your team.

What counts as a conversation?

It is a 24-hour window that starts with Tramy's first reply to a customer, the same way Meta counts them. Everything said in those 24 hours is one conversation.

How does the $1 Basic offer work?

Accepted Answer

Your first 3 months on Basic cost $1 a month. After that it is $49. The commission on what Tramy sells applies from day one.

Is there a yearly plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on all three plans. Paying for the year you pay 10 months, so 2 are free. Basic is $490, Grow $990 and Scale $1,990 a year. Extra conversations are billed monthly.

When should I move up a plan?

Basic to Grow pays off from $5,000 a month sold by Tramy, and Grow to Scale from $10,000. Upgrades apply right away and downgrades from the next month. Above $50,000 a month we set a custom rate.

Do I need to connect payments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tramy collects the deposit in the chat, so the plan needs your Mercado Pago account connected. Trama's commission comes out of that deposit and the rest goes to you.

What is not in the experiences plan?

It has no quote builder, quotes, quote-based products, wholesalers or Radar. It is built to sell products with a set price, limited spots and a deposit. If you build custom trips, the agency plans are the ones for you.
