These terms govern the participation of an agency (hereinafter "the Agency", "you") in Trama Travel, the public travel showcase operated by 56 LABS S.A.S. ("Trama") at travel.trama.so.
They are additional to the Terms and Conditions of the Trama platform, which remain in force in everything not modified here. If there is a discrepancy on a Trama Travel matter, this document prevails.
Accepting these terms is what enables publication. Trama Travel is a requirement for using Trama Link, the microsite at your-name.trama.link: if you want your own public page, your published packages also appear in the shared showcase. There is no separate switch, and no way to have one without the other.
Only the owner of the account can accept these terms, because they are contractual.
1. What gets published
From your acceptance onward, every product you have already published on Trama Link appears automatically on travel.trama.so.
There is no second decision to make and no extra step: the same catalog that feeds your microsite feeds the showcase. A product you unpublish, archive, hide from the Link, or let expire disappears from Trama Travel with the same delay it disappears from your own page.
2. What is shown
Trama Travel shows two things: the content of the product, and the public face of your agency.
- The product: title, description, destinations, duration, prices and price ranges, what is included and what is not, capacity, validity, photos, and any other catalog field you filled in.
- Your agency: name, logo, the public contact details you loaded in your profile (email, phone, address), and your "about us".
Nothing internal travels to the showcase. Not your tenant identifier, not your sellers, not your metrics, not your billing, not your conversations, not any customer record, not your commercial policies, not your net rates.
In the grid, a visitor sees trips, not brands. Your agency appears on the product page, once the visitor picks one.
3. Trama is not the seller
Trama is not a party to the contract with the traveler. Trama Travel is a showcase and a channel: it displays what you publish and it puts you in touch with whoever is interested.
The Agency is solely responsible for:
- The price, availability, and validity of everything it publishes.
- The truthfulness and accuracy of the content of its products.
- Compliance with the legislation applicable to its activity, including tourism registrations, licenses, and authorizations.
- The contract, the sale, the payment, the operation, and any post-sale claim.
Trama neither validates nor guarantees the published content. If a product is not what it says it is, that is between you and the traveler.
4. The Travel Agent
An artificial intelligence agent operated by Trama (hereinafter "the Travel Agent") converses with the visitors of travel.trama.so.
The Travel Agent talks about the packages published in the showcase, answers questions about them, and, when it detects genuine commercial intent, creates an opportunity in the funnel of the agency that owns the product. From that point on the conversation belongs to you: the lead lands in your platform, with its context, like any other lead.
The Travel Agent applies the handoff minimums you configured on the platform. If you require a name and a date before handing off a lead, it requires them too. If you raise or lower that bar, it changes with you.
The Travel Agent does not sell, does not close, does not commit prices beyond what your catalog says, and does not speak on your behalf outside the showcase.
5. Opportunities count against your plan
*Opportunities originated in Trama Travel consume your plan's opportunity quota, exactly like those from any other channel.*
There is no separate meter and no different rate: a qualified lead is a qualified lead, whether it came in through WhatsApp, through your microsite, or through the showcase. The same dispute mechanism you already have on the platform applies to them.
6. The leads are yours
Every contact generated in Trama Travel about a product of yours belongs to the Agency. Trama does not resell them, does not share them with another agency, and does not use them to compete with you.
In exchange, you commit to answering them within a reasonable time. A showcase where nobody answers hurts every agency in it, not just the one that went quiet. If an agency systematically leaves its leads unanswered, Trama may pause its showcase under section 7.
7. Curation
Trama may curate the showcase. Specifically, it may:
- Order and rank the products according to relevance, quality, freshness, or performance criteria.
- Exclude individual products that are incomplete, duplicated, misleading, expired, or that do not fit the scope of the showcase.
- Temporarily or permanently pause an agency's presence in the showcase.
- Change the design, the structure, the filters, and the functionality of travel.trama.so.
Being accepted does not guarantee a position, visibility, traffic, or a volume of leads. Trama does not commit to any commercial result.
8. Leaving
You can leave whenever you want, from the platform. Withdrawing your consent removes your products from travel.trama.so and closes your agency's participation in the showcase.
The leads already generated stay with you: they are in your funnel, they are your customer records, and leaving changes nothing about them.
Note that Trama Travel is a requirement for using Trama Link. Withdrawing your consent therefore also unpublishes your microsite. Your page, its content, and its settings are kept — they stop being public, they are not deleted — and they come back online if you accept again.
9. Trama Travel is free
Participating in Trama Travel has no cost today. Trama does not charge a commission on sales, a listing fee, or a fee per lead. What you pay for is the opportunity quota of your plan, which you already pay for on every other channel.
If Trama ever introduces a remuneration model for the showcase — a commission, a listing fee, prioritized placement — it will notify it with reasonable advance notice and it will require a new acceptance. No paid model applies to you for having accepted this text.
10. Traveler accounts (Trama Passport)
A visitor to Trama Travel can become the holder of a Trama account (Trama Passport) to save trips, follow up on their inquiries, and manage their data.
Two different records coexist, and it is important to understand which is which:
- The customer record is the Agency's. The contact of a person who inquired about your products belongs to you, lives in your platform, and is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the platform.
- The traveler profile is Trama's. The Trama Passport account, its credentials, its preferences, and its history across the showcase belong to the traveler and to Trama.
If a traveler deletes their Trama account, the Agency keeps their customer record — the contact, the history of their conversation with you, their opportunities — and loses the link with the traveler profile. The record stops being enriched by the Passport and stops being identifiable as that account.
11. The traveler's relationship with Trama is direct
The relationship between a traveler and Trama is its own, and is separate from the traveler's relationship with the Agency.
Trama does not communicate with the traveler on behalf of the Agency without the traveler's own consent. Trama's communications to a Passport holder — product notifications, account emails, showcase news — come from Trama, are identified as such, and are governed by the consent the traveler gave to Trama.
Likewise, the Agency's consent does not authorize Trama to use it to communicate with the Agency's own customers outside the showcase.
12. Changes to these terms
Trama may revise this document. A new version is notified through the platform — it is shown to the account owner — and the notice states the deadline to answer.
From this version (1.1) onward, silence counts as acceptance. If the Agency is already publishing in the showcase and nobody answers before the stated deadline, the new version is deemed accepted as of that deadline and publication continues without interruption. Trama records whether an acceptance was express or came from the expiry of the deadline.
Staying silent and rejecting are not the same thing. An express rejection takes effect immediately and unpublishes, as described in section 8. The expiry of the deadline never turns a rejection into an acceptance.
This rule applies only to an agency that is already publishing in the showcase. A first entry is always express: no agency joins Trama Travel by not answering.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
If a dispute is not resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days from the formal notification of the conflict, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Republic of Argentina.
This is the same law and the same forum established in section 19 of the platform's Terms and Conditions, which remain in force for everything this document does not modify. Nothing here limits rights that the mandatory legislation of the Agency's domicile grants and that cannot be waived by contract.
