A question for your agency
If a traveler asks an AI tool to recommend a travel agency, what reasons does it have to recommend yours?
I think that is a useful question for reviewing how we describe our work. A clear specialization can create an opportunity for a small agency. You can start by explaining where you provide the most value, before adding more destinations to your catalog.
Explain what you do and who you help
“We sell every destination” says little about the experience you bring. “We organize first-time Disney trips for families” gives someone a much clearer idea of who you help and the problems you know how to solve.
Review your messaging with three questions: which travelers do you want to reach, what concerns do they usually have, and what experience can your team offer to help? Use concrete answers and examples you can stand behind.
Support your specialization with evidence
If you say you help families plan their first trip, make that experience visible in customer stories, reviews and third-party references. A recommendation that explains what you helped resolve says more than a generic compliment about good service.
Check that your agency’s name, contact information and description are up to date wherever it appears. That information should be clear to anyone trying to find you.
An exercise to get started
Write a question the way one of your travelers would. For example: “I’m looking for an agency to help organize our first Disney trip with two children, departing from Córdoba, Argentina.”
Try it in different tools and save the date, the question and the answers. Look at which agencies appear and any sources the tools provide. Treat it as an exploration: one answer is not enough to measure your visibility.
Then choose one concrete improvement to your messaging. You might explain a specialization more clearly, publish a real customer story or correct your contact details.
