The biggest update since the redesign: Trama now has a web presence you can show and share with your clients. Plus a better catalog, metrics, and agent.

These past weeks were big. The headline: Trama now has a web presence, something you can show and share with your clients, not just use behind the scenes. And we also improved the catalog, the metrics, the agent, and the CRM. Here it is, piece by piece.

Your web presence, ready to share

🔗 Your offer link, to put wherever people find you. A public link with your brand where you show promotions and packages in one place, made for your Instagram bio or WhatsApp. And it's not just a showcase: the client can open the chat with your agent right there and move forward without leaving. You choose which packages to show, and it works in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

🏝️ A full microsite for your agency. Each agency now has a complete public page, carefully designed: poster-style cards, an Airbnb-style detail for every package, and a place to capture inquiries. Built so Google and AI search engines can find you.

💬 Trama's chat, on your own site. If you already have a website, you can now add a Trama chat to answer and capture leads without the visitor leaving. You pick the colors, icon, and agent name, with a live preview. Conversations come in just like WhatsApp, in the same place.

Trama Account: your identity in the ecosystem

👤 A public professional profile. We launched Trama Account, with a profile you can show off: cover image, socials, languages, and specialties. Add your details and even your travel stats, so your experience shows at a glance.

🔑 One account for all of Trama. A single login for every Trama product, with phone verification, a referral program, and a language selector. Sign in once and everything's at hand.

Meetings booked from the chat

📅 The agent books the meeting on its own. Connect your calendar (Google, Microsoft, or iCal) and each rep sets their hours. When a client wants a meeting, the agent offers real time slots and books it without you stepping in. The opportunity gets a meeting badge and moves up in priority. We're rolling it out gradually, agency by agency.

A catalog that's easier to load

📸 Load a product from a flyer. Upload a flyer image and the system fills in the package details for you. Instead of typing everything, you review and adjust. Building and keeping your catalog up to date got much faster.

🖼️ Redesigned gallery and package detail. We rebuilt each package's detail: a carousel gallery, a photo viewer, and a clear hierarchy between inclusions, destinations, and sections. It reads better and looks nicer for your client.

🗂️ Tidy archiving, nothing lost. When you archive a product, it stays available to restore for 30 days before it's gone. You keep old offers without cluttering your catalog, and recover them if you need them again.

Metrics you get at a glance

📊 Every panel says exactly what it measures. We labeled the lens of each metric: whether it looks at the running total or what's happening now. We renamed key indicators, like New inquiries, so they say precisely what they measure. Less room for confusion.

🧭 The Mission Control summary, like a briefing. We redesigned the summary so you see what matters today at a glance, with the week's funnel and the option to open any number in detail. You come in, look, and know where to focus.

📈 Performance by rep and by ad, more accurate. Your team and campaign metrics now group by ad source and by the closing funnel. You see more precisely which ad and which rep is actually bringing in sales.

💳 Your plan usage, clear. We improved the plan view: usage bar, renewal date, and a concrete suggestion when it's worth moving up. And opportunities you add by hand aren't billed.

A more reliable, multilingual agent

🌐 It replies in your client's language. The agent detects and replies in any language, and each team member sets which languages they work in. If a passenger from Brazil writes you, it answers in Portuguese without you doing a thing.

🛡️ It only promises what it can deliver. We reinforced the agent so it won't hand off incorrectly. When it doesn't have the information, it says so instead of improvising. Your client gets answers they can trust.

👍 Thumbs up and down are back. On each conversation you can mark whether the agent's answer was good or off. That helps us keep fine-tuning it, with real cases from your agency.
