Trama's biggest update yet: we redesigned the whole platform, brought the agent inside, and turned Mission Control into a place that speaks plainly.

This is Trama's biggest update so far. We redesigned the entire platform, brought the agent inside so you can work without leaving, and rebuilt how we show you your operation. Here's the rundown.

The new Trama

🎨 The whole platform, redesigned. We changed how Trama looks from top to bottom: cleaner surfaces, cards that lift off the background, and tidier sections. It's the same Trama, just easier to read and use at a glance.

🧭 A menu organized around how you work. We stopped arranging the menu by loose sections and grouped it around your actual day: My day, Operation, your Agents and channels, and Management. Everything is where you'd look for it, one click away.

🔔 A notification center. We added a single place, in the bell, where everything you need to see comes together. Fewer detours to find out what's going on in your agency.

Trama, now inside too

💬 The same Trama from WhatsApp, now inside the platform. The assistant that already helps your travelers on WhatsApp now also lives inside, as a side panel. You open it, talk to it, and it helps you without switching screens.

✍️ You ask, it does it. Creating an opportunity, adding a client, or looking something up in your catalog is now something you ask Trama, just by talking. Instead of filling out a form, you talk to it like you'd talk to a teammate.

🧠 It remembers every chat. Every conversation you have with Trama inside is saved, with its own title, ready to pick up whenever you want. You close it, come back later, and everything's right where you left it.

Your agents and channels, together

📡 Each agent, with its channels underneath. Agents and channels are no longer in separate places: each agent now shows its channels hanging off it, and a plus button adds a new one. Today the agent that handles your inquiries on WhatsApp is live, and you can already see what's coming: post-sales and booking agents, and channels like Instagram, Messenger, and Gmail.

🧵 Conversations, right next to the agent that generated them. Your travelers' chats no longer live in a separate inbox: they live on the screen of the agent that handled them, alongside its metrics. You see its activity and performance, all together. And if you haven't connected a channel yet, we show you clearly and walk you through connecting one.

A Mission Control that speaks plainly

📊 Two views: Summary and Metrics. Mission Control is no longer a board full of loose numbers. Now you get a Summary that tells you in words how your week is going, and Metrics that get to the point, with hints explaining each figure. And up top, the first thing worth looking at.

🤝 We only show you what we can truly see. Trama doesn't sit inside the conversation between your salesperson and the client. Every number you see is built from what's recorded in the system, never from guesses. We'd rather tell you less than make a number up.

📬 Your week's summary, by email. If you're the owner, every week you get an email with how the business is doing. You can share it with whoever you want, and it's saved so you can look back at it later.

How each salesperson is doing

🏆 Your team's performance, with judgment. We added a view of each salesperson's performance, in Metrics and in their profile. It's not a careless ranking: each one is measured by what they work with (how many inquiries, of what kind, from what channel), and we don't show a number unless there's enough volume for it to mean something. And you can ask Trama directly: how a given salesperson is doing and where their process gets stuck.

More capable on the commercial side

💱 Enter the quote in your currency. The agent now takes a quote amount in the currency you work with, not just dollars. It works with Argentine peso, real, Chilean peso, Mexican peso, Uruguayan peso, Colombian peso, sol, euro, and pound, with the exchange rate updating on its own.

🗣️ Choose how your agent sounds. We added control over voice notes: you pick the speed (slow, normal, or fast) and the tone (neutral, natural, or expressive). So your agent sounds the way your agency wants it to.

⚙️ Setting up your agent, simpler. We rebuilt the setup screen: a single column, everything in view, with a test chat alongside to see how it answers before you let it loose. You tweak and test in the same place.

Your data is yours

📥 Download a full backup whenever you want. If you're the owner, from settings you request a complete backup of your agency's data and it arrives by email, with a private download link. Your opportunities, clients, follow-ups, and catalog: all yours, ready to take with you.

And a few more details

🎉 A tour to get to know what's new. When you come in, we welcome you with a short walkthrough of each section that ends by introducing you to the agent. You can replay it whenever you want from your menu.

✨ Tidier lists and other polish. We unified the Clients, Team, Catalog, and Agents lists into one cleaner, faster-to-read style. And the board cards now react when you hover, with a subtle lift.
